SkinClinic EXOBOOST is a new-generation premium dermocosmetic serum for daily use, developed to improve skin quality, texture, radiance, and firmness. It is the first step in the EXO skincare routine, preparing the skin and optimizing the efficacy of subsequent day and night skincare products.

At the core of the product is the patented EXOCELL-LONGEVITY® technology – a biomimetic active ingredient delivery system inspired by natural cellular communication mechanisms. It optimizes the bioavailability of active ingredients, provides their gradual release, and enhances cosmetic efficacy while respecting the skin’s physiology.

EXOCELL-LONGEVITY® uses biotechnologically engineered plant phospholipid (lecithin) lipid vesicles that structurally and functionally resemble exosomes. These biomimetic systems contain no human- or animal-derived exosomes and are not isolated from living cells. Instead, they function as an effective active ingredient delivery system, providing targeted and gradual delivery to the skin.

The core of the technology is a 5% EXOCELL-LONGEVITY® complex with plant-derived PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide), biotechnologically obtained from rice (Oryza sativa). Directions for use:
